1. Overview

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Tuneline Pro purchase. If you're not happy for any reason, we offer a straightforward refund process.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase — no questions asked. Simply contact us with your order details and we will process the refund promptly.

3. How to Request a Refund

  • Email support@tuneline.app with the subject line "Refund Request".
  • Include the email address associated with your account and your order ID (found in your purchase confirmation email).
  • Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 business days. The refund will be returned to the original payment method.

4. After a Refund

Once a refund is processed, your account will be downgraded to the Free tier. You will retain access to all Free tier features. Any cloud-synced data beyond Free tier limits will be preserved for 30 days in case you choose to upgrade again.

5. Exceptions

Refund requests made after the 14-day window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We may still grant a refund if there are extenuating circumstances such as technical issues that prevent you from using the App.
