1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tuneline ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Tuneline is a media player application that allows users to play media streams from their own subscriptions. Tuneline does not provide, host, stream, or distribute any media content. Users are solely responsible for the content they access through the App and must ensure they have the legal right to view such content.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must only use Tuneline to access content for which you hold a valid, legal subscription or license.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws regarding the content you access.
• You must not use the App to access pirated, unlicensed, or otherwise illegal content.
• You must not reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.

4. Accounts and Purchases

Some features require an account and a paid Pro license, available as either an annual subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. All purchases are processed by our third-party payment provider.

5. Refund Policy

• Lifetime license purchases are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the Pro features.
• Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused time.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is the intellectual property of Tuneline. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Tuneline is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the App. We are not responsible for the quality, legality, or availability of any third-party media streams accessed through the App.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tuneline and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages resulting from content accessed through the App.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the service.

10. Copyright and DMCA

Tuneline respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe that content accessed through our service infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to dmca@tuneline.app containing:

• A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing and information sufficient for us to locate it.
• Your contact information, including name, address, phone number, and email.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

We will respond to valid notices promptly and may suspend or terminate accounts of repeat infringers.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before pursuing formal legal action, you agree to first contact us at support@tuneline.app to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter within 30 days.

13. Privacy

Your use of Tuneline is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal data, including information related to account registration, cloud sync, and usage analytics.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
